Lead Generation Expert

We are actively looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert who knows how to find the right prospects, start conversations, and turn leads into real business opportunities.

This role is for someone who understands quality over quantity and can generate targeted leads that actually convert.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Research and identify high-quality, targeted leads based on our ideal customer profile

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and online platforms

• Build and manage lead lists with accurate contact details

• Set up and optimize cold outreach campaigns (email & LinkedIn)

• Qualify leads and ensure they match our service offerings

• Maintain and update leads in the CRM system

• Track performance and continuously improve lead quality and response rates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM systems

• Ability to research decision-makers and reach the right audience

• Understanding of funnels, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

• Knowledge of automation workflows

• Experience working with UK or US markets
